Fantastic location and a beautiful hotel with a very cosmopolitan breakfast which was very impressive. Staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. One drawback if you are arriving by car the parking is very limited and we had major problems trying to find the overspill car park- a ‘take and pick up service’ would be perfect here.
The Grosvenor Casino Riverboat features a restaurant that serves a variety of dishes, including traditional Scottish fare. The casino also has a bar where guests can enjoy drinks and light snacks.
Good hotel, good service. Great to have a variety of entertainment and food in one complex. Shopping however, was a disappointment with very limited outlets. Overall, a good place to stay for a couple of nights and one full day.
This is a very central hotel, close to new street Londres casino station. The lobby, bars, and general communal areas in this hotel are very nice, done out to a great standard. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s great that there’s a swimming pool, which is rare in Birmingham city centre, it’s small but very nice with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.
Grosvenor Riverboat is a unique casino located on a boat on the River Clyde. It offers a range of games, including blackjack, roulette, and poker. The casino also has a bar and restaurant, making it a great place to spend an evening out.

Been a member for many years, tonight I used an electronic macinhe. Bet £5 on red, red came up and the machine didn't PAYE. Will never go here again
The social nights are great, with free drinks and nibbles. The breakfast is tasty and hot. I travel to Birmingham regularly and will be using this hotel again, as well as recommending to colleagues.
Absolutely beautiful hotel, lovely clean rooms, the shower was amazing! The staff are all 5 star, I attended with my daughter and she was treated with such care and attention. Especially the breakfast staff, there was nothing they wouldn't do for us. Thank you for such a lovely experience.

We had booked a double King and our stay was very relaxing and comfortable. The view from our hotel room was exquisite with the Library of Birmingham and the Christmas rides being lit up in front of it.
